Know Your Rights as a Player

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• You do not have an existing Account on pc777 that has been suspended, closed, or subject to a self-exclusion restriction.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban register that applies to your jurisdiction.

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on pc777. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) number or passport number, residential address, mobile phone number registered with your preferred mobile money service (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), and a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, including your username and password, confidential. pc777 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password. You must notify pc777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pc777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting additional identity documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

All Account balances on pc777 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). pc777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for mobile money methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours.

pc777 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once full KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability and limits.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pc777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

pc777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including enhanced source-of-funds verification for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances (and bonus-derived winnings that have met wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.

pc777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pc777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players aged 21 and over.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pc777 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. pc777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pc777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
